Unable to Send Email, Retrieve Email OK
Solution
Symptoms:
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 554 Sending address not accepted due to spam filter
Resolution:
Due to the prevalence of SPAM, many ISPs block port 25, the standard outgoing port for SMTP. An alternative port, 587, can be used instead.
Some ISPs prohibit the use of a third party SMTP server, and requires outgoing mail to be relayed from the ISP's server. The link below is a list of ISP and their respective SMTP servers:

If your ISP is not listed, contact your local ISP and have them provide you with a list of their SMTP servers.
