The Barracuda has two Plugins for MS Outlook
you can use to classify emails and control you white/Black lists.
(For use only with MS Outlook)

Step 1. Open a browser and go to http://mx0.888.net.
Click on the link at the bottom of the login screen.
(You can only use one of the two plugins.)

Microsoft Outlook Plugin Version 1
This plugin will allow classification of messages as spam or not-spam from the mail client. To use the plugin simply select the message(s) to be classified in Outlook and click on the red envelope ('X' mark) for spam, or the green envelope ('Check' mark) for not-spam.

Microsoft Outlook Plugin Version 2
This version has the same features as Version 1. In addition, it has the ability to whitelist recipient addresses of emails sent outside of the mail server up to 30 days prior to initial install, whitelist sender addresses of messages classified as not-spam, whitelist recipient addresses of new messages sent outside of the mail server, and whitelist addresses of new Outlook Contacts.
